It's acceptable use policy on the use of the MMD model data of "Marine Rimo".

  • 下記の利用規約を全て確認、同意した上で本MMDモデルデータをご利用下さい。

  • 利用規約を読めない・利用規約に同意されない場合は、本モデルの使用は一切禁止です。
     

  • Check and agree with  all of the following Terms before using this MikuMikuDance Model Data.

  • If you do not agree with all terms of use, or if you do not understand any part of this terms of use txt file, you are NOT allowed to use this MikuMikuDance Model Data.

  • Do not re-distribute this MMD Model Data.
    本モデルデータの再配布は一切禁止です。

  • Private Trading and Public Trading of this MMD Model Data is NOT allowed.
    本モデルデータを交換（トレード）する行為は一切禁止です。

  • Please use this MMD Model Data at your own risk. I can not be held liable or responsible for any damages caused by using this data.
    本モデルデータを利用された事によって生じるいかなる損害に対して当方は一切責任を負いません。自己責任・ご判断でご利用下さい。

  • You are not allowed to make ANY edits to this MMD Model Data.
    本モデルデータの改造は一切禁止します。

  • Do not take this Model apart. You are not allowed to create another MMD Model by using parts of this MMD Model Data. (For example, do not take this Model's hair and put it on a different Model.)本モデルデータを分解する事は禁止です。
    また、本モデルから他モデルデータを作成する行為は禁止です。（例：本モデルの髪の毛を別のモデルに付ける事は禁止です。）

  • Do not use this MMD Model for works which include obscene, grotesque, &/or violent content.

  • Do not use this MMD Model in ANY sexual, erotic, &/or romantic relationships.
    本モデルを作品内で恋愛関係、性的関係に含んだ表現は一切禁止です。

  • Do not use this MMD Model for works which include YAOI/YURI content. (In this case, "YAOI/YURI content" includes but is not limited to Shounen-ai (Shonen-ai), Shoujo-ai (Shojo-ai), BL (Boys' love), GL (Girls' Love), Slash, Femmeslash (Femslash), homosexual, homoerotic, and homoromantic relationships.)本モデルをやおい・百合要素の含まれた作品に使用する事は一切禁止です。（「やおい・百合」の定義につきましては、以下の内容を含みますが、これ等に限定されるものではありません：少年愛、少女愛、BL、GL、スラッシュ、フェムスラッシュ、同性同士の恋愛・性的関係）

  • You must credit me, "marimoss", when using this MMD Model Data.
    本モデルデータを使用する際、モデル制作者の名前"marimoss"を記載して下さい。

  • If you find this MMD Model Data re-distributed by anyone other than me "marimoss" on a NON-JAPANESE website, I would greatly appreciate it if you could ask them to delete it.日本語のウェブサイト以外で、"marimoss"以外が本モデルデータを配布している場を見かけた場合、配布を止めるようお伝え下さい。ご協力感謝致します。

  • If you find any works on a NON-JAPANESE website which do not follow these rules, I would greatly appreciate it if you can ask that individual to delete that video &/or image.日本語のウェブサイト以外で、本モデルデータの規約を違反した作品を見かけた場合、その方に作品を削除するようお伝え下さい。ご協力感謝致します。
